Sims 3 ITF Oasis Landing not loading

Hey guys,

So I've been sitting here for over an hour waiting for the last maybe 5% of this loading bar to fill up, but its just not happening. Has this problem been seen before? It's driving me crazy... Thanks for any ideas/help you might be able to give.
