Sims 3 Katy Perry sweet treats

I just received the physical sealed disc for The Sims 3 Katy Perry's Sweet Treats. I redeem its code on Origin and it works on the 32 bit version.

However, this game does not appear on my The Sims 3 "Stuff Packs" for the 64 bit version on Origin.

So, I try to contact the advisor for solve this problem like an author's post. In the finally, he said:

I will be drafting a proper case for you, will be making proper case notes too so that this catches immediate attention. There might be other players who've submitted similar feedback or have similar issues on https://answers.ea.com/

The key is how you present the case, so basically just leave the rest up to me, like I said I have some experience with such cases, now again I should stress on the fact that there is no guarantee that this will work and neither is it necessary that the team will get in touch with you directly however rest assured they do read everything that has been posted and like I said the key is how you draft the case, which I will do personally, I play this game too so I get this, so yes lets get started.

So, hope we can play The Sims 3 Katy Perry's Sweet Treats on Mac 64 bit asap.

P.S. I think many people facing this problem. Digital codes for The Sims 3 Katy Perry's Sweet Treats are also available on reseller platforms. And there are likely some who will want to buy it to play perfectly on a 64 bit Mac. Blocking 64-bit entitlement for The Sims 3 Katy Perry's Sweet Treats version is highly inappropriate. Because we have seen that many of our friends have played this version of the game in 64-bit format.

As this pack has been retired, this means the support we can offer is very limited- live support won't be able to manually add the 64-bit version of this pack to your account. I'm afraid we won't be able to provide assistance for this particular pack since it's no longer available digitally. 

Since you're not able to get the 64-bit version on your account, instead I'd recommend you get in contact with the retailer you bought this pack from to see if a refund can be processed for this purchase.

Thank you for your response. I'm not sure What does "No longer available digitally" mean? Because we've seen some players have this expansion pack in their game library. They can still be installed on Mac devices at any time.

Is this restriction due to legal enforcement? We need more information to clarify. Why are some people entitled to 64-bit and others not?

The code has been redeemed in my Origin account. Can you please revoke this code before I request a refund from the retailer?

Anyway, I'm here to ask for help playing the game on 64-bit platforms, not hoping for a refund. You'd think that for a game that's been on the market for over 11 years, there's a lot of pirated stuff available all over the internet. But players like us went out looking for this game that was licensed. Just hope they get to play the game they bought.

As a support person for this forum, You'll see that this issue has been widely discussed since The Sims 3 64-bit was released. It's an issue that has many people waiting for officials to do something more than answer "No longer available digitally". Then, I found out the truth. If you can't play in 64-bit, just ask for a refund.
