Thanks for your detailed explanation of the problem and what you have tried so far 🙂
I would try to repair the game through Origin to make sure all the files are fine. If one of the files got corrupted during the download or installation, it might be causing the problem.
Also, if you moved your user files from your old computer to this new one, and you were using mods in your game, could you try to remove your mods?
If none of these suggestions help, could you please give us more technical information about your computer? A dxdiag would be very helpful. You can find instructions on how to get a dxdiag here, and you can attach it to your answer.

- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoThank you! I couldn't transfer anything from my old computer because the hard drive crashed, put another one in and it died as well. Bummer! I will check out the Origin files though to see if any are corrupted and give you an update. Thanks again!!!

Ops, @magicmommaof5, forgot to explain how to repair the game, just in case it's the first time you do it: right click on the game and you will see the 'Repair' option 😉

I repaired the game, but it still does the same thing. I attached the dxdiag to my original post. I have tried everything and still my game keeps crashing.
