how do i fix the issue in the video. i cleared the cache and asked EA how to fix it but they just sent me links to websites that are supposed to help but didnt help me (listed bellow).

thanks but it did not work for me. i honestly am just tired. At this point im convinced that EA broke the game to force people to get sims 4

Sims 3 runs great on the computers where I have it installed, so it's not broken in general. EA hasn't been working on it at all; the problem is that technology keeps advancing while the game stays the same. So if it's broken, it's through neglect, not malfeasance.
