Sims 3 Launcher Not Working

I am still waiting for an answer to the issue stated below as to why my Launcher is not working. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks.

I began to get error messages when I logged into my game launcher. Now I get a message that the Sims 3 Game Launder has stopped working and windows is checking for a solution. So far no solution has been found.
