It sounds like you may need to have The Sims 3 re-added to your account in order for you to be able to access your game again. This is something live support will need to do for you as we wouldn't have access to your account details here on AHQ.

I have tried live support and email support too and they keep telling me to go somewhere else. Live chat told me to come here, twitter support told me to go to live chat. Ugh frustrated
