sims 3 loading error on my worlds and files

i exited my sims while in create a sim, then i tryed to load the file again and it says a serious error has occured while loading 'sunset valley.world'. it is strongly recommended that you restart the application. i exited out of sims and loaded again and it said it again and with all my worlds which are Sunset valley, moon light falls, barnicle bay, appoloasa plains, twinbrook, bridgeport, starlight shores and riverview. i uninstalled all my sims3 and reinstalled them back onto my pc which is windows 7 and it happened again even after updating. i dont know what to do but i cant play my sims anymore any help would be awsome
