@Emzander Does that happen if you add back your NRaas mods, and all your packs are loading? The way I understood your original post was that the issue of not being able to click on anything didn't appear until you removed some content.
Yeah it’s still not working, when I click into buy mode it takes me to an empty property for some reason?
@Emzander That's a symptom of serious save corruption. Are your sims still in the university world, or are you loading their homeworld? There are ways to try to address this, but the typical one doesn't work properly outside the sims' homeworld.
I could also try to fix your save, that is if you're willing to share. If so, just zip the save folder—right-click and select Send to > Compressed (Zip) file—upload it to the free filesharing site of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, whatever), and post the link here or send it to me via PM. Please also list the expansion and packs you currently have installed as well as the world your sims live in when they're not in university.

My sims lives in Appaloosa plains when not in university, I’m using seasons, pets and university life expansion packs with the game.
