While trying to load Sims 3 the following message is displayed, "There was an error during Startup, Please see the Log for more details." Can someone tell me where the "Log" is located and if a special program is needed to open the "Log"? Thanks for the help!
the log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

I don't have this in my computer. I have it but not .log. it opens up a notepad....
