Sims 3 Lost Activation Key

@kqbm06nqp1j0   When I bought the game in 2009 I think you needed to use the code (to register the game) to get the free city of Riverview. That code was locked to the email you were using at that time and can NOT be re entered. This is before the EA app - before Origin. If at any time you used that code it was locked to the email you were using at that time. My activation code is still in my EA account purchase history the last time I looked. That code if you used it should be in the registry of your Windows PC if you have a PC. EA has never abandoned any games that I can remember (that I know of). The only other way would be to contact an EA game consultant and explain the situation. User accounts can not be accessed from this public forum.
