Sims 3 Movie Stuff ep

I have downloaded move stuff from origin, installed it uninstalled reinstalled 4 times.  The game shows up in my computer with all its files, it has downloaded, BUT it will not show up in the game.  I have the movie stuff icon at the bottom of my launcher, but in the buy/build area there is no file, saying movie stuff as there is with the other eps.  I tried to install it from the computer program area, it installed but would not let me open the game laucher, so I really don't know whether it installed correctly or not.  I am running Windows 7, I have updated both origin and the sims 3 to the latest versions.

    do you mean the collection folder for the items like they have for the other games to find the items ? if so the collection folder is missing for most everyone the gur's have been informed of this and are working on a fix for it
