catcat543249 Do you own Generations? That's a known issue with the expansion, although it can happen without it and doesn't hit everyone.
At any rate, would you be willing to use mods, at least temporarily, to fix this? The alternate fix is removing Generations and playing until the sims start aging again, then saving. However, in addition to removing all the GEN-related content from your save, it could corrupt the save in certain circumstances. So it's safer to use a few mods to address this. They're removable if you decide you don't like them, but three of the four are extremely helpful in general and don't change the game other than fixing problems. The fourth is the replacement aging manager and is a big mod, but like I said, you could remove it, or heavily curtail its influence, once it's fixed the problem.
