Since I don't know what excatly you've tried, I'm going to go ahead and give you this link:

I'd already tried this but I tried again, in case I had missed something or done it wrong the first time. It still didn't work - the same error message appeared but now all the settings are set at the lowest and it won't save when I try to change them.
