sims 3 omni plant

my mailbox has filled up with Omni plant boxes and white bills. cant interact  with them at all or delete

have maybe 30 or more

to hard to navigate the inventory now

have every expansion pack and content pack

no mods and nothing from the exchange

recently installed all to new computer

was going fine till Omni plant problem

cannot find fix on internet

lotsa other peeps have this problem to
