When try to re-register says code already registered (account established in 2009, when Sims 3 originally released). I have also found that the same has happened with the first few expansions. I would like the points (1000) reinstated, I am happy to provide the activation codes for all products (bought on disc).
the codes can only be regestired to one account the sims3 and orign use the same email and password codes cannot be reregestired if you have 2 accounts as some people do contact CS to assist with mergeing the accounts or if you forgot/lost details
