Sims 3 pack isn’t downloading
I recently bought Sims three Dragon Valley, but it’s not showing up in the launcher. It shows up in the app is in game content, but it’s not downloading or showing up in the launcher.

Worlds like Dragon Valley need to be downloaded or redeemed on the Sims 3 website and not the EA App. Please check the Dragon Valley page and your purchase history by going to Store > My Store Account > Purchase History.
