Sims 3 packs are missing from sims 3 launcher but are installed on the EA app

    Hi @Idaskot,

    Thanks so much, we took a look at this and I believe you should be good to go now.

    One quick note is that you won't have access to Katy Perry's Sweet Treats as we no longer have the capability to access that addon as the licensing rights expired several years ago.

@Idaskot  What exactly did support say the most recent time you contacted them?  I don't need a transcript or anything, just the general info shared.

      @EA_Cade The sims 3 into the future, the sims 3 katy perry sweet treats, the sims 3 seasons, and the sims 3 world adventures.
