Thanks so much, we took a look at this and I believe you should be good to go now.
One quick note is that you won't have access to Katy Perry's Sweet Treats as we no longer have the capability to access that addon as the licensing rights expired several years ago.

Can I get help with the same issue?
I have not been able to use any games that I bought through the EA online store through the app. All games that I bought through discs that were downloaded to my hard drive currently work.

@usalisab Which packs are missing? Are they installed in the EA App but not showing in the launcher, or can you not even install them?

@cece123cutie1 Try clearing the EA App's cache:

and repairing the game (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair).
If that doesn't help, where and when did you buy your packs, and did they ever show up on this computer?
