Can I get help with this same issue??
It seems like support was able to solve for the poster on the backend but did not offer any specifics on this forum. It's been months of this issue and I would like my expansion packs usable please!
@Acwalser This usually happens when the affected packs are blocked on the EA side, for example if the associated product codes get cancelled. (This in turn can happen when the codes were originally stolen, even if the end user has no idea and is several steps removed from the theft.) So it needs to be fixed by EA customer support. I'd suggest contacting them yourself, if you haven't already, since coverage on this forum will be sporadic until the new year. Let me know if you don't get anywhere with support.
