Sims 3 packs not showing in launcher but is showing installed in EA app

Hello, I bought a new PC and installed the EA app. I started to download my sims 3 games. My Sims 3 base game and packs downloaded successfully, but when I open the sims 3 launcher, only 2 of my packs (Late Night & High-End Loft Stuff) are there and 14 are missing, even though they are installed on the EA App. All the packs are in the game files, but 14 of them is not showing in my game. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've contacted EA support multiple times, but it was never fixed even though they kept listing my cases as resolved or fixed. I already tried deleting and reinstalling the game, deleting the EA App, clearing caches in the EA App, deleting the folders for the missing packs and running the repair, etc. and nothing worked. I really just want to play my game with my packs.
