@RatsFOREVER132 Are you saying that Pets doesn't appear in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff tab, or that it's there but the content doesn't load in-game? Does it help to clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair)?
Yes it doesn’t appear in the launchers expansion and stuff tab and I’ve tried repairing and clearing the cache and it doesn’t do anything at all, I’m not sure what to do

Hey @RatsFOREVER132 , you're saying your purchase the pack through EA app, how does that transaction look like in your purchase history? Does it show as completed, pending, failed...? It might be worth checking that the payment went through properly.
It seems that I bought it and then asked for a refund when it didn’t work but for some reason is still showing up as if I’ve bought it and if I download the sims 3 again it also shows up and downloads, I’ve also seen others saying that the pack hasn’t worked for them either which I find weird
