@BlackFire860 @tarahoover Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements as the Celeron N3050 is clocked at 1.6Ghz and the minimum requirement for this game is 2.4Ghz. The Celeron is the weak cpu chip and the integrated Intel HD Graphics chip is very weak. The Intel HD Graphics is known to have issues with the PETS pack. Intel has a video driver dated 11/6/2017. Try updating the video drivers and see if that helps.
So if I update the graphics card will I stop having problems or do I need to update my Celeron N3050 as well.
@BlackFire860 The graphics chip is part of the cpu chip (Celeron N3050). You may not be able the upgrade the cpu chip as that depends on the motherboard. You need to discuss this with a computer tech for a possible solution.
add: I took a look and I think (not positive that your cpu may be a BGA which means it may (probably) be soldered on the motherboard which means you would have to replace the whole mother board. This is why you need to talk to a technician about possible solutions.
