Sims 3 Pets Code is Invalid?

Question

I want to register my Sims 3 Pets game on Origin but says its invalid. I tried entering the code on the official Sims&nbsp;3 website but it too said it was invalid. I tried when it was installed and uninstalled. I own a disc version but I did this with the expansion pack University Life incase I lost the disc and it saved to my library but not with pets. Also on the Sims 3 website you can get bonus content from registering a game&nbsp;:cattongue: Should I try uninstalling it again? Any ideas?

if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be re registered to another account for ,newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS
