Sims 3 Pets Disc not found
Hi!
I got my Sims 3 Pets disc on May 10, 2013. The first five times I opened it, it allowed me in the game with no problem. By the end of May, my disc started malfunctioning by saying that it was "not found". Even though I knew it was in the computer and there was no scratches on it, I took it out about 15 times cleaning it and checking the disc. After resetting my brand new HP Windows 8 laptop, which I got toward the end of April, 5 times, that didn't work either.
Then a month later, I was on my computer and it all of a sudden said it could read the disc again. So I played it for hours on end thinking the problem was dealt with. Later the next day I went back on my computer and tried to get back on the Sims. It didn't work. The same old problem happened again. I retried everything again and it failed. The weird part of the Sims disc problem is that it works one day then you have to wait like 5 to 10 day if you want to play it again. I tried putting an another disc in and it read it just fine. It only happens with the sims3 pets.
I love playing the Sims and it makes me sad having to wait forever to be able to play it!😕mileysad:

P.S. I'm not a computer whiz so please don't make it sound to complicated!
