Sims 3 Pets Game won't install onto origin my games page

Please can anyone help? My daughter has a new Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack game, but we're having difficulty installing it.  It installs onto my computer (Desktop etc) okay; however it doesn't show in...

If you bought the disc version and need to redeem the code to register the pack. If after a reasnalbe time the game does not appear you will need to contact EA customer service directly - here is a link to EA customer service - Contact EA
