Sims 3 pets glitch! Fully Black Animals it only happens in CAS and gameplay!

I got the downloaded version of sims 3 pets off of amazon and when I tried creating a dog and a cat....the had a black tone with only colored eyes and accessories..I thought maybe its only those two ...
