Sims 3 Pets Glitch

I am very upset right know so I will try to be polite. I just purchased Sims 3 Limited edition Pets expansion Pack at my local store installed it and registered it fine but when I started to play my game the,all the animals were all stretched and contorted but I pressed on thinking that the effects must only be in create a Sims mode.I WAS WRONG.The Humans Sims are fine but the animals are all @ucked up in that they look,move,and act wrong (and when I say look weird I mean like tails in the middle of their backs and eyes on their legs). THE issue is happening on both of my 2 computer and all 3 of my laptop so it is not the GRAPHICS CHIP that you guys are saying it has to be ! I can't even return the game because the store I bought it from won't take opened products back so I am royally screwed. Plus I really want to play the game with pets currently have Sims 3,Sims 3 Generations and of course Sims 3 Limited Edition Pets would like some HELP here PLEASE and I think you guys should be ashamed of your selves allowing a major glitches game to hit the market and then when people try to get help you give them all the same answer which if you checked up on every one is saying the same things are still happening which means that the DUMB SOLUTION you are providing isn't working ! We obviously need a patch here to fix the problem and until then I recommend pulling Pets 3 from the market so no one else ends up in this predicament. PLEASE HELP YOUR LOYAL GAMERS ! ! !

    Do you have CC or Mods?

    When Pets came out - it changed how CC effected the game. Check MTS for instructions on how to correct it or remove the CC from your game.

    I have the same problem STILL! And I bought the game release date. Ive downloaded all the patches recommended hoping horses rose and dog weren't going to be deformed but no still horrendous. I've tried it on my computer, laptop and my sisters computer and Laptop. 

    EA you mentioned CC and MTS can you explain these as I'm novice. 

    I don't understand why games are made with such I specs as surely it limits the amount of people purchasing the game :S

    You could try registering the games and using the digital downloads for them, which would solve the problem if it was the game disks, and if that doesn't work you should scan your computers with whatever antivirus you're using and also download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and scan with that. Pretty much my entire family has had viruses on their computers that any old antivirus couldn't detect then we downloaded Malwarebytes and it showed up with all the viruses we had on our computers.
