Ok so i got sims 3 pets and i went a bit crazy with buying premade houses in the city so i now own them clearly but i cant move any sims into these houses apart from my house hold and i cant figure out how to get rid or not own the properties/houses how can i fix this ?:catfrustrated:
if your sims own the properties only they can move to them on your sim phone or pc use the option-real esate-check real estate a menu should pop up with the list of properties highlight a property with your mouse then in that menu is a coin icon click on that sell the property your household will gain the money and the property is avaailable again for other sims you want to move in
