sims 3 pets is in the app but not the launcher

@Aimzylilred1992  Where or how did you buy Pets?  If you went through a third party, it's possible you received a bad code that was later removed.  This is what often happens in these cases: the pack downloads properly but doesn't show in the launcher.

The only way to find out is to contact EA customer support.  I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
