Did you change anything ?
No i didn't. There was an update for the store, then it just showed them all black after that. I had even uninstalled the games and reinstalled it. But it still stayed black.
Pets is demanding and you could do real damage to your computer playing it, tbh.
Are you using custom content ?
Update...
This morning all of my Sims went black too! I removed all custom skins, coats, etc. and recreated the family I was wanting to play. Everything seems fine now. So...if anyone else is having this issue...that may be a solution!
