Sims 3 question- please help

I recently just installed 12 sims 3 disk...when in buy mode thou- I don't feel all items are showing up leading me to believe I'm playing with the wrong disk. Can anyone tell me which disk I should be playing with? Below is a list of my Sims 3 disk:
Sims 3 base game
Late night
High end
Ambitions
Outdoor living
Pets
Town life
Master suite
Seasons
Supernatural
Diesel
University

Also, is there a clothes rack available in the sims 3??? Anyone who could help- I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!!

    university is your latest one so you'll play from that

    not that we do have a clothes rack as such but there is ready made rack with clothes on it there one with the ambitions

    if your looking fo rthe new clothing you'l need to send a sim to a dresser click on it -plan outfit for hair send a sim to a mirror click on it change apperance

    you'll see the collection folder icon for the items according to their EP/SP

    for the other items furniture/decor/cars if any to find them quicker use the build/buy mode-collection folders and scroll through the list to find the icon for the EP/SP
