OMG DO YOU KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS!?!?!?!?!?

I have been having this issue for sooooo long and EA support chat people are USELESS they've had me doing soooo many differnt thing from stuff as simple as delated the cashe to going right into the system operating stuff and still not fixed.

I have windows 8, all EP barr the katy perry one and world adventres and only have desil and town life stuff. Removed all mods to see if it helps and nope and have removed all saves so no corruption at all. It will just stop randomly with no pattern to it sometimes it will work for like 5 mins other times it works for 8-9 hours and dont close until i do it

please if you know how to fix it HELPPPPPPP at least i know now though that it aint my pc and other have this issue i know i have the right pc power to run it as 8gb ram and 4.somthing gigherts or whaterver it called, duel core ect ect

I am sorry to jump on this post but im at my wits end with this game to the point i'm about due to uninstall them ALL and try from just base game new

Ok so my operating system is windows 8 (but my brother also has windows 8 and the sims works perfect for him),

My game usually crashes after about half an hour in,

I have all of the EPs and no SPs,

I have no mods and have some custom content but the problem has only recently started occuring eventhough i have always had custom content,

Okdokey, sorry bout that this was my first time using this site thinggy was just googling for an answer and came across this and i have no idea what a dxdiag is lol  😛

I tried some of the things on the link and my game has not crashed yet and i have been playing for around 4 or 5 hours now !   :-)  IM SO HAPPY ! Thanks so much hopefully the game is fixed now.
