Sims 3 relationships reset when i load a saved game

I recently transferred my sims 3 files to a new laptop, and since, all my saved games are resetting the relationships, asking if I want to move to a new town, place lots down that are already placed, uni mascot comes to my door, etc. It didn't happen the very 1st time I opened my old saves on the new laptop, so I don't know what changed.

Ive tried following what others have done with the same problem but nothing yet has worked. I have most of the nraas mods and plenty others. I've cleared caches several times, played around with the files, went through most of the mods. and even removed the game and reinstalled it, but nothing has changed. 

Maybe there's something corrupted in my saves, but it's in all of them, not just the old ones. I'm truly thoughtless at this point. I feel like I've tried everything. If anyone has been through the same issues or might know a fix, please let me know. I'd be extremely grateful!

    @yellohallo2  Please test with zero mods at all, and if the game is fine, test again with NRaas mods only.  You don't need to save your progress; just let me know how it goes.

    It's normal for the game to ask if you might want to move to a new town or place down lots, but only when you've installed or enabled a new expansion pack that the save previously didn't use.  It's not normal for your sims' relationships to reset.

    Thanks for your response! I removed all of them but nothing changed. 

    Weird.

    @yellohallo2  With no mods in play, do the relationships reset once, when you load the game the first time after removing the mods, and then stay stable?  Or do they keep reseting every time you load the save?  It's possible the relationship data was corrupted and the game can't recover it properly.

    I'd also suggest adding NRaas ErrorTrap, Overwatch, MasterController, and (in your particular case) RelationshipPanel.  If ET throws any errors aside from its usual Correction Logs (which can be ignored), you can take them to the NRaas site for interpretation.
