@p2ahwjafk3rf Check to see if .net framework is enabled in - control panel, programs and features, turnn Windows features on or off. If it's notenabled - check it to enable, click ok. Let it install and when finished reboot computer - try game. The TS3 launcher requires .net framework to run.
