Sims 3 saved games can't be loaded.

Hey there @ber5nie5

It sounds like you only have the Mac 64-bit versions of these packs on your account- we'll need live support to review your entitlements for these packs and be sure you have the correct versions added.

Please contact live support from the help site here so they can take a look with you. I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so live support has further information to reference.

I don't have a Mac. Late Night and Showtime for pc were purchased in a store several years ago. I tried to re-enter their codes, but the EA app wouldn't accept them as I used the codes years ago. No idea why all of a sudden the EPs aren't showing up in my game like they used to.
