Sims 3 Seasons - Always loading in Summer

That is also most of the time related to mods. You need to remove those as well, not just the cache files.
Mods need updating with every patch so make sure you ran the latest version if non is availble, remove completely.
So far so good. No meteors have hit (knock on wood) . I had to leave so I saved my game but didn't exit (just got to fall so didn't want to take any chances) but it seems to be going well so thank you!
