Sims 3 Seasons Download

I purchased The Sims 3 - Seasons on Amazon downloads, I installed it and played for a little while but then accidentally deleted it from my PC.  Now I am trying to redownload it to my computer, but when I try to redeem my product code Origin tells me that the code has already been used. Can I not download the game more than once? I paid for it, I should be able to download and delete as many times as I want to.  Please help, I'm frustrated.

    I have Origin installed and bought Seasons through it and uninstalled it. I put the code in Origin to reinstall it and it keeps telling me the code has been used already.

    You need to talk to a game advisor about that
