Sims 3 Seasons Limited Edition registration code invalid
So I pre-ordered and downloaded Sims 3 Seasons from origin and I tried to register the game on the sims store and it says the code is invalid. I have double checked the e-mail with the code to make sure it is right and it still says it is invalid. As far as I know I cannot get the shark and little bee costume or the ice lounge unless I register the game. I have no idea on how to get the code to work.
Also I already double checked to make sure that I hadn't already registered it and I haven't. Any help you can give me on this would be wonderful.

If you buy on Origin, you don't need to register. It auto-registers.
