I had Seasons installed on my old computer along with other content that came with the origin pre-order. I've reinstalled everything else onto my new computer, even the exclusive content but I can't ...

    2. Click on the orange NEXT button
    3. Select a platform
    4. Click on the orange NEXT button
    5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
    6. Click on the orange NEXT button
    7. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor or leave your phone number for a call-back

@Scarletness I don't see Season ever having been linked to the account you sued to log in here. Is it possible that you purchased it or redeemed the code for it under a different account?

    I don't think I could have used another account, seeing as the extras that came with it are on this account and I don't remember having any other account before this one.
