Sims 3 serial code invalid w/ EA & Origin

I'm trying to download a digital copy of my Sims 3 game because I cannot find my disc. I've retrieved my serial code and downloaded the Origin client. My game is listed there, but I cannot find a link to download. I tried to redeem my code through Origin and it tells me "This code has already been used". After reading some forums, I went to the Sims website to register my game there but when I entered my number it says "The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."
Please help! 


Also, everytime I try to access my downloaded Origin program, I cannot find it anywhere! I have to reinstall it. =\

    in the orign my games tab right clcik the game icon-download

    find origin by a search and right click send to desktop to create a shortcut icon might be in the origin folder  C:\Program Files\Origin Games OR C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\Origin.exe
