SIMS 3 ShowTime download not working
I lost my DVD to this game. When I go to my EA Account and try to "Redeem Code" it only shows 4 boxes (for code) and my game shows 5 sets of numbers/letters. ????How do I redownload the game?

Download the Origin client and check if it already shows up there when you login with your account.
If not, register it on Origin
I tried redeeming my code on Origin and it told me I have to do it from the EA site.
Then try it where it says register a game and not redeem a code
