Sims 3: Sims freeze in place and Network Error

Every about 10 seconds my sims will freeze up and i wont be able to move the mouse, environment stays moving. I also realized the same time that started  my sims can no longer connect to the network ...

Luna_Squishie​  When you add back your custom content, make sure your sims are actually wearing it.  Some bad cc has no impact at all until it's used in-game.  I'd also suggest testing a little at a time so you have a better idea of what's causing any issues you see.
