Sims 3 Sims won't Roller/Ice Skate in rink - just walk

Does anyone have any idea what causes Sims in Sims 3 to walk instead of ice/roller skate in the rink? I do have mods but haven't been able to figure out which one is it and messing with it literally ...

If they are not supernaturals (they always walk) then it's most likely a mod that has something to do with walkstyles.
