sims 3 skills bag, skills going up very slow.

my skills in the sims 3 going up extremly slow ive delete the game and download it again and still nothing changed, ive got this game for like 3 years and that problem started few months ago it wasnt like that before. what can i do? i gived up on playing cuz i cant get to high jobs and get good skills.

    @shakedsanin  Do you use mods, and if so, have you tried playing without them?  You can quit without saving if you want, so your save is unaffected by the mods' removal.

    If you don't use mods, or removing them doesn't help, please test in a new save, for comparison, and let me know what you see.
