@lexielol101 I need to see the inside of the folder that has your custom content in it, as in, I want to see those cc files themselves, along with the file path as you're showing in your current screenshot.
However, if you've put your cc directly in Mods, not in Mods\Packages, that's the issue. Move everything to the Packages subfolder and if some items still don't show up, post a screenshot of Packages.

@lexielol101 That all looks fine. Did you delete the cache files after adding the content? They should be deleted any time you add or remove content from your game. For reference:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
If that's not the issue, please go through CAS carefully to make sure the items are in fact not present. I've seen other people miss items because they were for teens instead of adults (or vice versa), or because they showed up in some outfit categories but not others.
If the items are in fact missing, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete the cache files again, and set up a new Mods framework. Add one item you know works to Packages, make sure it shows up in-game, then add a few items that don't work and take a look.
If these items still don't show up, please send me a private message with links to the items. (We can't post download links to third-party content in a thread, but PMs are fine.) I'll test them in my own game—they might not work at all, and this is the easiest way to find out.
