Login and you should find the game in MyGames to download.
If it's not there, you need to contact customer support

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I have the Origin client installed already, and the games are not showing up in My Games. I already redeemed the codes on the sims3 website, so now I will not be able to redeem them through the origin client. Now I have noticed that it only shows one thing in my purchase history on the sims3 site...
