Did you fully own these packs, or were you accessing them from a previous EA Play membership? Please look over the order history on your account to verify how you were accessing these packs.

I checked my order history and it doesn't show. I do think it because my EA Play ran out (Due to my PC Gamepass running out) but if so I don't know how I am able to still access The Sims 3 and also why they show up as owned in the store and I am unable to buy them through there.

Thanks for checking! In that case it sounds like we need the live support team to fully remove the EA Play version from your account so you can purchase the packs if you like. We aren't able to make these changes on your account from the forums, but live support here can take a look with you.
