Sims 3 Store double charged SimPoints
I have been double charged Sim-Points for one transaction on the Sims 3 Community Store, having resulted in me owning the same bundle TWICE. And paying twice the number of SimPoints. I have tried reaching Support Chat, but I was never helped there. I only wanted to buy it once, not twice. I would like to get my points back.
