Sims 3 Store double charged SimPoints

I have been double charged Sim-Points for one transaction on the Sims 3 Community Store, having resulted in me owning the same bundle TWICE. And paying twice the number of SimPoints. I have tried reaching Support Chat, but I was never helped there.  I only wanted to buy it once, not twice. I would like to get my points back.     Hey there @Totoskhema 

    If you're seeing a duplicate charge on your account for SimsPoints, that's something live support can look into again with you to refund that extra charge- here on AHQ, we aren't able to access your account and billing details to process the refund for you. 

    Live support can take a look at this with you through the help site here- be sure to also attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so live support has further details to reference on this.

    I tried talking to support again, they reassured me they would look into it and contact me by email later. I was now asked if my issue was solved, and it was not, I still did not get my Sim Points back. Apparently, no one seems to understand what the issue is, sadly.
