Sims 3 Store site down

Bayni1717​  The Store is down sometimes, usually not for all that long.  Codes might expire eventually, but not in the time it takes for the Store to start working again.  And the site worked for me just now, although it wasn't completely working a few hours ago.

Having said that, your codes may not work because you tried to use the codes in the EA App, or if you bought the bundle in the App, it's possible the codes never would have worked.  If you can't redeem them now, please see the first post of this thread:

Saldavon​  Strange, it's working for me now, although it did throw an error when I first signed in.  Try signing in on the main site ( http://www.thesims3.com ) and then clicking the Store header.

I have this whole thread on what's been going on with the sims 3 site and I haven't had any answers yet. I hope to might have some soon since I think I'm not allowed to tag EA on here. Creeper545548​  I saw your other thread and flagged it, but it's possible it hasn't yet been picked up by whoever would be able to fix it given the timing.  I haven't uploaded sims myself, so I can't tell if the avatar part is broken for me, but the rest of the Store site works fine as long as I login on the main site first.

Thanks for the answer. I'm happy to hear this. The avatars can wait for now. The main priority for the site right now is getting the my pages working again. Hoping from you flagging it we should have a ea member on it. It has been the weekend so I'm sure there hasn't been anyone on. So hopefully during the week we should have something. Fingers crossed.

My page is showing the 404 error, it been that way since Friday evening. I have cleaned out my cookies and cache but that didn't help.

Hello, I wanted help because the exchange is not working for me yesterday or tonight. It did upload my patterns however I can not go to my page at all. I am not the only one. I hope you can fix this issue. Ty

It's still down. I can login but cannot access my purchase history or studio. Bummer 😞
