Sims 3 Store site down

I purchased the worlds bundle and tried to enter the code on EA app, it gave me an error message and told me to enter the code via the sims3 store and gave a code which is broken. So i go to the Sims...

It's still down. I can login but cannot access my purchase history or studio. Bummer 😞
